Product Explanation
The “Timeline Figures” project has been a twinkle in the TOG team’s eye for years now. It is part of our broader project to complete and extend Tapestry curriculum materials for Primer, Lower Grammar, and Upper Grammar levels using “biography-based” learning.
We are thrilled to present the firstfruits of this project: timeline figures drawn from the annals of history, worldview, and the arts. The same historical figures products are available in two formats so far, and all the complimentary companion videos are free on our YouTube channel!
- Coloring Pages (Designed for LG: K-3rd): black-and-white outline coloring pages
- Booklets (Designed for LG / UG: 1st-6th): color OR black-and-white outline booklets
- Cards (Designed for LG / D: 4th-9th): playable and displayable cards with figures on the front and lines to write information about them on the back.
Ways of using timeline figures
You can do so many things with timeline figures! They can be hung up as a Unit Celebration timeline display or classroom decoration, played in competitive memory or review games, and used to represent historical figures in dramatic “puppet show” style reenactments.
